GeauxIQ Updates Week of January 23rd
GeauxIQ Release Radar: This Week’s Updates + What’s Coming Next
This Week’s Releases
1) Forms, Surveys & Quizzes: Better PDFs + Email Attachments
You now get improved PDF layouts and better download options for submissions — including the ability to download results and quiz answers more flexibly. Bonus: email attachments are improved too, making it easier to share and archive responses.
Also new: responses now persist between steps. That means if someone goes back to fix a typo, their previous entries stay put — no retyping required.
2) Online Listings: Force Sync With Publishers
Listings sometimes get “stuck” with third-party publishers. Now you can force a sync to push updates through when things hang.
This is especially useful for:
urgent updates (hours, phone, address)
troubleshooting with support
“it should be updated but it’s not” moments
3) SEO: Delete Site Projects
Small but important: you can now delete SEO site projects to keep things clean and organized.
4) Calendars: Stronger Privacy for Third-Party Events
When an admin uses “log in as,” GeauxIQ now better respects the user’s privacy settings for external calendars. This helps prevent accidental exposure of private third-party event details during troubleshooting.
5) Social Planner: Editable Category Queues
Huge quality-of-life improvement: category queues are now editable.
You can now:
edit and manage a queue after it’s created
add posts to the queue
duplicate posts within the queue
If you recycle content (you should), this makes queue-based posting far easier to maintain.
6) Workflows: Snapshots Now Auto-Remove Stuck Contacts
When refreshing snapshots, some contacts could get stuck if workflow steps were removed. That’s now handled automatically — GeauxIQ will unstick contacts so they can continue flowing through properly.
7) Workflow AI: Smarter Wait-Step Generation
Workflow AI can now understand more complex prompts and build multi-layered wait steps and logic from a single instruction. It’s a real time-saver — you can get to “2nd or 3rd base” fast, then tweak and ship.
8) Contacts: Revamped List View + Smart List Views (Now Live)
This one’s big — contacts got a modernization pass, but the real win is under the hood:
✅ much faster performance
✅ rebuilt from the ground up
✅ cleaner, more modern layout
Time is money — and you’ll feel the speed improvement immediately.
9) Domains: Revamped URL Redirects UI/UX
URL redirects are a sleeper power tool — and now they’re much easier to configure. The new UI makes it clearer what the source is and where the target goes, so redirects are simpler for non-technical users too.
10) Analytics: External Tracking Script Reporting
You can now drop a GeauxIQ tracking snippet onto non-GeauxIQ websites and start getting:
web traffic data
form submission tracking (and more coming)
Think of it like “mini analytics” without needing a complicated setup.
11) Users + Security: Stronger 2FA for Phone Number Updates
Security tightened up again — GeauxIQ now enforces more secure verification flows (including stronger 2FA behavior) when updating phone numbers.
Yes, it’s a small “extra step.”
Also yes — it prevents big problems.
12) WhatsApp: Better From/To Number Selection
If you’re messaging on WhatsApp, you can now more easily switch the From and To number configurations using a searchable dropdown. WhatsApp continues to get better and better for global markets.
13) Conversations UI: Unread Counter Is Back + Standardized Dates
Two clean wins:
unread count indicator returns (critical!)
standardized date formatting in the new UI
14) Agent Studio: Version Management + Templates + AI Routers
Agent Studio got several meaningful upgrades:
version history + management (no more “final_final_v7” vibes)
template library integration
AI Router + Conditional Router, enabling agents to make smarter decisions without rigid branching logic
If you’re building advanced AI workflows, this is a major step forward.
